• Cost — free shipping on every order, no minimum.
• Processing — orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery — estimated 2–4 weeks (about 10–20 business days) after dispatch. Your FORGE ships from our overseas fulfilment partner, which keeps the price fair; in return, delivery takes a little longer than local stock.
• Tracking — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
• Import VAT & duties — any applicable import VAT or customs duties are the customer's responsibility and may be collected on delivery.
